Return and Refund Policy

At atorganicfood, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we do not accept returns for opened or used products, unless they are defective or wrong items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at antfoodsinfo@gmail.com or call +91 96022 70437 with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will verify and arrange for return pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
